what exactly is it?

Team-Planning.com allows you to manage the availability of staff in a company, rescue services, etc., very simply and in real time. Each employee can log in, enter their availability and absences, and see an overview of their colleagues' status, according to the rights assigned by the schedule administrator.

The application also allows you to manage material resources, meeting rooms, vehicles, etc., in reservation mode. A schedule can include up to 5000 employees and/or material resources.

This shared calendar is designed to be universal, adapts to any type of business and is accessible via a simple browser.

With this online application, you will be able to manage the availability of your team and allow your employees to log their time-off, on-call duty or any event related to your activity through a simple, functional and free tool.

How much does a schedule cost

The schedule comes in 2 versions:

• Premium: All options and without advertising for €20 + €1.00/line per year, a schedule of 30 employees will therefore come down to 50€ per year.
• Free: A few less functions (messaging, SMS, comments, statistics...), a few advertising spots, non-priority access.

During its first 2 months of existence, and in order to be able to discover all its functionalities, your schedule will be in full version with a minimum of advertising. Then it's up to you to choose the version that suits you, the free version being fully functional and sufficient in most cases.
